Ingredients
5 meduim sized cucumbers
50 spinach leaves
50 kale leaves
1/4 inch piece ginger
1/2 Lime
to taste rock salt
Instructions
Wash and clean all the ingredients.
Keep in refrigerator for about 30 minutes, grind it nicely and take out juice.
Season with salt and lime.
