This pineapple smoothie is a tropical combination of pineapple, banana, pineapple juice and Greek yogurt, all blended together until creamy and smooth. A great smoothie for breakfast or snack time!

Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

​

1 banana cut in half

​

1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

​

3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

​

fresh pineapple wedges and mint sprigs for garnish optional

​

*You can also add protein powder, chia seeds, spinach or flax seeds to up the health factor of your pineapple smoothie

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the pineapple juice, banana, frozen pineapple and vanilla Greek yogurt in a blender.

  • Blend until smooth. 

​

  • ​Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with pineapple wedges and mint sprigs if desired.
